STEP 3 SUBMISSION

We liaise with Planning and Building Control to make sure your plans Pass.Before you submit your plans we have often discussed any key areas of concern with the local authority. However, once submitted we often liaise further to make any required changes to get plans approved. This is normally within our fixed pricing.

STEP 2 DETAILING

We carryout a further survey and agree the final design before detailing the plans.

We take pride in providing the best service we can. This step takes a little time as we need to get it right. We will liaise with you to confirm details and progress throughout. At the end of this step plans will be ready to submit for Planning and Building control

Step 1 quotation

We offer a free, no obligation, quotation including an initial consultation and survey. 

All our quotations will include some initial sketches of what you are looking for and a fixed price for the job. Pricing is clear and shows what is included and what is not. We do not accept up front payments

STEP 4 bUILDER LIAISON

We will work with your builder.Liaising with a builder to understand their preferred building methods saves time and money for all. We will also provide plans for setting out within our pricing. We are happy to answer any queries you or your builder might have after planning and building control is granted.
